Can non-UAE residents purchase?

Yes. Bond Enclave is freehold. International buyers, including NRIs, GCC and Europeans, can purchase outright. No residency required.

How does the payment plan work?

30% minimum down payment, with the balance across construction. After handover, 36% is paid at 1% monthly over 36 months. Includes a 4% DLD waiver (post-handover payment plan only; T&C apply).

What's included?

What about service charges?

Is Bond Enclave RERA registered?

Yes. Bond Enclave is registered with the Dubai Land Department and RERA, with a project escrow account in place. The RERA project and registration numbers appear on all reservation paperwork and are shared with prospective buyers on enquiry.

What are the DLD fees?

The Dubai Land Department charges a 4% registration fee on the purchase price, plus standard admin fees. On Bond Enclave's post-handover payment plan, the 4% DLD fee is waived (terms and conditions apply).
